It’s been such a crazy adventure sharing my weight loss journey so openly on social media. ❤️

At my heaviest, I weighed 275 pounds in my 20s. During that time, I struggled with severe depression and anxiety, and I used food to cope with a lot of pain and personal issues.
Over the last couple of years, I decided it was time for a change — not just for appearance or age, but to regain confidence in myself again.
Being in the beauty industry can be hard because there’s so much pressure to look a certain way. But honestly, I truly believe everybody is beautiful in their own way.
Today, I can proudly say I’ve reached my goal weight and have maintained it for almost 3 months.

Now I’m excited for the next chapter — continuing to transform my body into something I’ve always dreamed of.
Being almost 50 years old, I can honestly say I’m the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been… and that means everything to me.
This journey was never just about losing weight.

It was about finding myself again. ✨
