New favourite thing to eat😍 I had to share with you guys!!
🥭Mango Chickpea & Curry Salad (click the bookmark to save)
▪️spring greens
▪️1/2 C canned chickpeas drained & rinsed
▪️1 C steamed potatoes (yellow ones are my fave)
▪️ 1/4 C red onion
▪️1/2 C mango chopped
▪️1/4 C cilantro chopped
▪️1/2 C cucumber sliced
Cilantro Curry Dressing:
▪️4tbsp Dijon mustard
▪️4 tbsp maple syrup
▪️juice of one lime
▪️1/2 tsp yellow curry powder (I double to 1 tsp)
▪️1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Put all ingredients in a jar, secure the lid and shake💃🏼

This morning I needed 4 meditations just to get out of bed✨
I am not normally an anxious person, but lately worry and overwhelm (thoughts around my kids now being self sufficient and living on their own) wake me up at night and early in the morning with knots in my stomach.
🧘🏼♀️Meditation is a tool I’ve tried in the past but it never really stuck as a habit. This morning I was so grateful to have them to fall back on! I now understand why people love meditations and how they are such an amazing tool to pull yourself out of that state of panic, worry and physical knots in your stomach.
🤍I’m going to be doing these little 4 min meditations daily and I’ll report back🙃✌🏻

Made my first reel today while making these babies🥞🙌🏻
Sunday’s are for pancakes so I LOVE this recipe! GF Vegan and oil free✨ easy peasy 👇🏻
Blender Pancakes:
1/2 water
1 1/2 cups gf rolled oats
2 bananas
I/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Add ingredients in order to your blender. Blend in high until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet to med heat. Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until the edges lift and there are a couple bubbles on top. Flip and cook a couple more mins. Stack and top with berries & maple syrup 🍁🍓 Enjoy!! Makes about 8

🖤It’s official I’m OBSESSED with my yoga practice✨
Guys, I was feeling so weak and defeated because I put my weights away (reoccurring neck/shoulder injury) and slow things down. Let me tell you something... I have never been more proud or felt stronger in my body!!!! I’m only on my second week so still a newbie😂 but I had no idea how tight and inflexible my muscles were🤦🏼♀️ hot mess. The squat position?! How the F do you get your legs to do that?? I’m no where close to being able to do it yet☺️......but I will one day👏🏻 This practice is lighting me UP✨🔥 Bonus is I’m getting medication time in right after🧘🏼♀️ which I have had a hard time committing to, even though I know it’s so good for my adrenal health🤍
