Let me introduce myself👋

In my 13 years of practicing Massage therapy, I have always had a strong interest in holistic health and healing through supporting people along their unique health journeys.

I have just moved back to beautiful Kelowna and I'm excited to reconnect with the community and share what I offer through healing touch.

My practice is rooted in creating a safe inclusive space and connecting with a diverse range of patients through empathy, compassion and being trauma-informed.

I have always been fascinated by the nervous system and always strive to advance my knowledge base to facilitate nervous system regulation through breathwork, gentle techniques including Craniosacral Therapy and somatic exercise to create an overall nurturing and relaxing treatment.

Outside of helping patients, you can find me hiking, paddleboarding, watching live music and creating art. 🎨
