On the anniversary of the passing of the fierce force who was Brandie I am thinking about how she would celebrate, encourage, and embrace all of the weird, wonderful, painful, passionate, and wild things in my life right now with a huge laugh and smile. When the mini is at gymnastics I usually do paddleboard, pump track, or open water swim but I wasn't quite boxy enough for that in this weather. Lots of fun with my new med ball instead! Here is the condensed version of my workout.

The stay home solutions continue :). With 80 lb being about half of my 1 rep max I'm trying to think of add ons if anyone is feeling creative. Maybe tie on some plates? Pistols seem a bit sketchy as the water makes them swing around even when full. I am taking a hard pass on the recent jump in pricing of home fitness equipment. Besides remember how the NHL discovered that the players who worked their home farms during the off season came back more fit than those who spent their summers in the gym?
