It’s been awhile since a post but Fun Shirt Friday is going strong and sometimes morphing into Fun Fit Fridays! I might be my own spirit animal.

The hardest thing about fun shirt Friday is waiting till Friday….

There’s no greater joy than obtaining the muscle pun shirt of your dreams. I mean it’s super close to also helping people obtain their health and wellness goals. :) Speaking of which, what are your goals this season?

Festive Shirt Friday! Ok ok this was last Friday but I’m starting repeat my festive frocks and also am slow on the insta uptake. This is where I should say something about massage that would really blow your mind….

Festive shirt Fridays are here! I know it’s the busiest time of the year so if you’re late to the party and haven’t booked your massages get on the waitlist! It works!! Info in bio!

Today’s Fun Shirt Friday is brought to you during my 80 year old bowling champion era. Found this beaut last summer in a retirement home thrift store, handmade with love by someone I pray is named Doris.

October is here already and I’m still stuck thinking we deserved more August. But I digress.
My regular schedule will be changing slightly the week of Oct 21-25. I’ve added Thursday evening to the mix that week!
From there on out I will be Monday and Fridays 8-2, and Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:15-815.
I know how you guys love your evening appointments so snag them while you can!

Fun FRUIT Shirt Friday! This is the start of something really great :)

I’ll be away Aug 26th until Sep 3rd.
Once I’m back I’ll be adding a few shifts to my regular schedule just to keep you on your toes.
Regular schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8-2

Sep 5th 2:15-8:15
Sep 17th 8-2
Sep 24th 2:15-8:15

There may be more additions throughout the month but we’ll see how she goes. 🙂
