Her money piece had grown out quite a bit, and the blue had faded, so this appointment was really about bringing that impact back around her face.

I went back in and brightened the money piece, then refreshed the blue to get that depth and saturation back. I wanted it rich and vibrant, but still reflective enough that you can see all that shine when the light hits it.

Sometimes you don’t need a complete colour overhaul. A strategically placed refresh can completely change how the whole colour feels.

And this blue came back to life beautifully. 💙

We lifted out the darker warmth, brightened everything up, and finished with a blended root so the grow-out stays soft and natural. It's the kind of colour that looks beautiful the day you leave the salon, but also grows in gracefully over the weeks that follow.

Some of the most rewarding hair transformations don't happen in a single appointment... They happen because of patience. ✨

About a year ago, we made the decision to stop bleaching because her hair needed a chance to recover. Rather than chasing the blonde, we focused on rebuilding the health of her hair first.

Over the following months, she committed to the process. We let it grow, trimmed away the damaged ends over time, and waited until her hair was ready.

This appointment was the payoff.

We were finally able to bring back the icy blonde with lots of carefully placed babylights, then finished it with a soft pastel purple root for a little extra personality. 💜

Looking back at where we started makes this transformation feel even more special. It's a great reminder that healthy hair is always worth the wait.
