Dr. Payne has been in practice since graduating from the Canadian Memorial College in 1996.
He has worked with many sports teams and taught Neurology at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy for 15 years. Dr. Payne is currently working on his Chiropractic Neurology Diplomate. Clinic Goal: We will provide ethical, effective, and evidence based treatments. These treatments will be individualized to encourage the best opportunity for success.

I Should have sent this earlier as it has been a busy few weeks with gardening injuries. Make sure to keep your back straight, keep things close to your body and lift with your legs. Here are a few examples of do's and don'ts. Happy gardening!

It was ugly sweater day at the office and Dr. Payne joined in. The office is closed for the holidays until Friday December 29.
Dr. Payne will be out of office Friday Aug 25th.
Here is a video by a research based Chiropractor. I find it very interesting.
Dr. Payne and his family are vacationing in Hawaii over spring break. He will be returning to the office Thursday March 30th.
Over the past year and a half I have been working on my Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology. It’s a program that involves 300 hours of continuing education completed in modules. Recently I completed the course on Vertigo and dizziness. It involved learning the Dix-Hallpike test for assessment and the Epley maneuver for treatment. I have now been performing this treatment at my clinic. The treatment doesn’t work for all vertigo but is effective for BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)
