I am a healer who honours + integrates your whole self. Each session is very unique and tailored to what is present in your body:soul at that time. (May 2014.

SOUL MIDWIFE sessions:

Combining many modes of traditional energy healing (reiki, reflexology, sounding, channelling), I attend to the blocks in our bodies, address the underlying emotion or need and return you to your natural balance. Guided breath work, visualization, aroma, colour & sound therapy, herbs, past life exploration and the practise of fully showing up for ourselves are all woven int

o your session. Creating trust between myself and each person I work with is vital. I am keenly aware that only when you feel 100% safe will we be able to access and work with your deepest self successfully. Sessions in detail:

-i do an initial body scan with my hands to locate any blocked areas.

-i attend to these areas by sourcing the emotion or energy that is tangled there, seeing how we can meet it's underlying need & finally; release this energy/emotion!

-i utilize channelling, sound & light - medium touch {non-invasive}.

-i offer gentle guidance around your breathing, consistent relaxation & where your focus is most needed through~out the session. Perfect to access unresolved soul issues playing out in the form of body pain and life blockages. Treat yourself to this deluxe soul supporting gift! CERAGEM session:

The Ceragem massage involves laying on your back for 40 minutes on a massage table with a set of infra-red heated jade rollers. These treatments combine massage, yoga (breathing & spinal stretching) & acupressure to increase blood circulation by deeply massaging both sides of the spine. With increased blood flow, all organs perform with greater ease resulting in stronger overall health. Exquisite for deep relaxation & CHI (life force) boosting! FOOT SPA session:

The foot spa is comprised of three steps. An epsom salts soak that includes herbs, citrus & flowers chosen for their energetic & medicinal properties. A sea salt scrub to slough-off dead skin cells & invigorate circulation. This treatment ends with a reflexology massage. Choose this treatment if you're needing pampering & relaxation! - ran a successful Foot Spa business on the Toronto Islands for 1 year & WHOLE business in Victoria for 1 year

- raised by a Medicine Woman using Holistic therapies & identify as one myself
