Well it has been a very long time since I've posted anything on this page! Referrals have been a little slow lately and I've got gaps in my schedule, so it's time for a little self-promotion. I'm not very good at talking about my work, so I'll let my clients do the talking :)

I now have two open spaces this week, due to cancellations on Wednesday morning. Also still a few spaces open on the 27th and 28th. Last chance to get in before the end of the year!

Busy week but I still have a few open spaces, if anyone wants a massage tomorrow between 1:00 and 4:00, or Friday at 11:30!

A client of mine told me yesterday, "you're the best massage therapist I've ever had - and I've had a lot. You just have an incredible amount of empathy in your hands."

We've been working a lot with their chronic pain, more specifically their ideas (i.e. anxieties and fears) about pain, and the connections between their emotions and their physical body.

So it was especially great of them to recognize what I'm trying to do with my hands and to draw that connection. There is no separation. If my heart/mind has empathy, then my hands do too!

I am so grateful to be able to do this work.
