Happy Friday!!! Beauty tip....
Oil! Believe it or not oils are great for the skin, taken orally or topically. My personal favourite is Sesame oil, topically (make sure it is organic, cold pressed and NOT toasted). I have very oily skin and to combat, I fight oil with oil. Sesame oil is a great carrier oil also. I mix mine with rose hip oil, apply 2-3 times a week at bed time AFTER cleansing thoroughly. Massage into skin for 7-10 mins, leave over night and longer if possible, letting the oils pe*****te deep into the skin.
Sesame oil benefits: vitamins E, D and B complex. Effective at repairing damaged cells, improving blood circulation and anti-inflammatory properties to help ward off bacterial infections. Theses are just a few of the amazing benefits of Sesame oil.

Beauty Tip......
Do you find your mascara too thick? By adding 1-2 drops lavender essential oil it will not only help thin the mascara it will add volume, nourish and lengthen your existing natural lashes. If your mascara still needs some thinning try adding a few drops of contact lens solution as well.
DISCLAIMER: Be sure to test a small patch of skin behind your ear first to ensure you are not sensitive to the lavender oil. Be sure to mix well and avoid contact with eye itself.
