Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and to protect the time set aside for each appointment, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made with sufficient notice.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Cancellation fees must be paid within 24 hours and prior to rebooking any future appointments.

Please know that these policies are not personal—they are in place to support the sustainability of my small business and to ensure fairness for all clients. Emergencies are always handled with care and understanding; communication is truly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support 🤍
