A beautiful bride & bridesmaid trial from yesterday. ❤️ This gorgeous bride has had to postpone her special day 3 times, she is FINALLY getting her dream day in a couple weeks.

Although I’m sort of “semi-retired” when it comes to booking wedding makeup & such, I sometimes like to still share some of my new favourite that I’ve been using on myself. 💄

Tonight I was playing with a Marc Jacob’s eye palette tonight. I’m SO sad they are no longer doing cosmetics, hands down they made some of the best shadows out there. Obsessed with this new lipstick from in the shade “Dancefloor Princess” with the Lip Cream Lip Stain Liquid in “Infinite Rose” as a base.

I’ve had a few people message me and say they missed my makeup reviews/tips which is actually pretty cool! 💋 Here’s a goodie!

The Liquid Ink Liner is one of the BEST liquid liners on the drugstore or high-end market…HANDS DOWN! 👏 And guess what? It’s under $5!

My new FAVOURITE lipstick is from ! 👄 This colour “Nuna” is the perfect shade for simple makeup days.

Cheekbone Beauty is an Indigenous-owned and founded Canadian cosmetics company established in 2016 by Jennifer Harper based out of St. Catharines, Ontario. 💄
I fell in love with this brand and their mission after seeing it on Dragons Den!

Cheekbone’s aim is to not only make a difference in the lives of Indigenous youth through their donations addressing the educational funding gap; But they also aim to create a space in the beauty industry where Indigenous youth feel represented and seen. ☀️

To my wonderful makeup clients,

For the past 6 wedding seasons, it has been an absolute honour to work with all of my brides & bridal parties. I have come to the current decision however to no longer book bridal party makeup. As many of you know, my full-time job is being the owner of A Delicate Edge, and the last year I am finding it a little more difficult to balance both my everyday job and my makeup side gig. I will however continue to book individual clients and brides if my schedule allows me to do so, so please never hesitate to send me a message. For those who have already booked their party for next season, you are still booked and will remain booked in. 💗
