Our 5 ingredient overnight oats is not only easy to prep BUT it’s a complete balanced meal with protein, carbs, fat & fibre 😍.
Prep these on Sunday & you have breakfast all week long!

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein (I like the vegan chocolate cookie dough)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup water to mix
- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Store in fridge & mix before you eat! Can eat cold or warm up in the microwave for a few seconds :)
