Good morning everyone. Just letting you all know the salon will be closed for vacation starting Saturday Sept 2nd thru Tuesday September 12th. You can leave a voicemail, however I will be unable to return your call until the Monday Sept 11th.

Nothing like arriving to your place of business to discover the whole building has been broken into. Good news, everything and everyone is ok. Just some windows to repair and locks and door jams to fix.

Good day to all! Just a friendly reminder that the salon will be closed September 3 for a week's vacation. I will be returning Monday Sept 12. Appointment times are already filling up so contact asap to make sure you are not disappointed. As usual, I am still unable to take new clients at this time.

So it looks like we will be able to remain open for now...huge relief. They have dropped our capacity limit however we never increased it , so everything will remain the same !!! Stay safe.

Dear clients, I have been hearing through local news feeds that the Ford government will be making an announcement regarding further limitations/guidelines that will come into play Wednesday. I am not sure how/if this will affect the salon. Suggestions are that capacities must drop to only 25% (with proof of double vaccination), or we perhaps are deemed non essential again, and go into another 2 week lockdown mode.
None of this is clear yet, however, what we do know is that this variant is highly contagious (even with milder symptoms) and as such we are asking you to reschedule your appointment even if you feel just a "little" unwell.
For the time being, Tracy and I are still conducting rapid testing on ourselves 2x a week, but our supply lines on these are closing. We ask you do your part as well. Stay home if you are sick. We can always reschedule you for another time.
I will keep you informed as best as I can, in the meantime, stay well!

Hello everyone, I know I have been quite silent over the past few months..it has been a difficult year for all of us, and may continue for a lot longer than any of us hoped for. I appreciate your constant support throughout it all. I am truly wishing you only the best in the upcoming New Year ahead. For now, the salon remains open, fingers crossed that it will stay that way. Both Tracy and myself, will be preforming Rapid Tests biweekly in our attempts to keep on top of this virus (as much as we can) and to keep you safe. I am feeling quite lucky to have got them...looking forward to a wonderful Holiday Season with family, wishing you the same.

So looking forward to seeing you in my chair in the coming weeks...rest easy in knowing we will be following all the protocols set out to us by the Public Health Unit. Please be patient as I navigate through my extensive list of existing appointments. I am working as hard as I can, but there is only one of me, and several months to catch up. If you are a previous client of mine and would like to have an appointment, please contact me, I will get back to you as soon as I can. Sadly, I still cannot take on new clients at this time for obvious reasons....take care and see you soon!!
