One week post-op and I'm having such a good time!
Super grateful to my care team and friends for stopping in to check on me.
I have to force myself to move slower than I want and bend less. I am typically a stretch on the floor person, and I can't do that right now.
My sleeping is wonky right now - 4am last night is atypical and not my fave. Loving heating pads, they are the GOAT.
48 hours post-op and I'm doing great!!

Week 5 & 6: not much is new. My body has figured out menopause and loves it!
Short-term hormone blocker to prep for surgery! Makes organ removal easier and encourages my body to chill out. You can do it, too!!

There are so many kinds of support. Let's lift each other up. We would be nowhere without women. Support all the sisters, not only the cis-ters.

Many of us are experiencing overwhelm, often. Brene Brown says to do nothing for 20 minutes, then do a small thing, and see what your brain says after that.
The intensity of overwhelm totally takes over if we don't give it some time. Please remember to be kind to yourself. You're worth it.
Four weeks on medical menopause and I love it!!

I spent the weekend at a Waterfalls and Wellness retreat at . My workshops are introspective and interactive, shifting with the group. It was my first time running Rooted Confidence and Authentic Connection, and I think they went really well.
