Welcome to our team! Carrie has 20 years experience as a hairdresser. She trained at Marvel Beauty School. Her favorite part about her job is connecting with clients and learning about them. She loves creating their vision of hairstyle into a reality that helps reflect their personality.

Her favorite products are the KMS Add Volume root lift spray and the KMS molding paste. Her favorite styling tool is the wetbrush, for wet and dry styling. It is a gentle detangler and is great for all hair types.

At Element hair, she loves the professionalism and the welcoming and friendly energy. Kim and Lance are always encouraging the team to be the best version of ourselves by providing tools and education. She truly feels like part of the salon family.

Carrie’s ideal client is someone who is open and creative with their hair and who she can share in their excitement with! She loves working on all hair lengths and types but really enjoy working on shorter textured styles.

Outside of work, Carrie loves spending time with her loved ones, cooking, seeing live music and going for walks in nature.
