Blonde maintenance starts long before your next appointment

For brighter, healthier blondes, always come to your highlight appointment with clean, product-free hair. It helps give a cleaner lift and more even results.

Keeping blonde hair healthy at home is just as important as the salon visit:

• Use a professional shampoo & conditioner designed for color-treated hair
• Add a purple shampoo when needed to help keep brassiness away (not every wash)
• Blonde hair needs moisture *and* repair — especially after lightening services
• Always use a heat protectant before hot tools to help prevent dryness and breakage
• Lower heat settings = longer lasting, healthier blonde

One of my go-to recommendations is Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment. Great for helping repair, strengthen, smooth, and protect compromised blonde hair while adding heat protection at the same time.

Healthy blonde > overprocessed blonde every time
