I’m a certified Aesthetician, Licensed Hairstylist, Nail Technician, and High School Cosmetology Teacher with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. 💇‍♀️💄💅

I’ve always had a passion for beauty and, most importantly, for making people feel confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves.

Whether I’m behind the manicure table, in the classroom, or helping someone get ready for a special occasion, I love what I do and the connections I make along the way. ❤️

When I’m not creating beauty, you’ll probably find me dreaming about my happy place… Disney! 🏰✨

After all, I believe a little magic and a little confidence can go a very long way! 💕

Meet our Associate stylist Kayla 🌼

Kayla is a dedicated hairstylist with a passion for creating personalized looks that enhance each client’s individual style and confidence. She values continuous growth and is always looking for opportunities to learn, whether through new techniques, business development, or the everyday lessons life brings.

Outside of the salon, Kayla enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with her dogs, and exploring new interests.

Her thoughtful and growth-oriented approach carries into her work, where she strives to build genuine connections, provide a welcoming experience, and ensure every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.

Kayla is on her way to leveling up from an associate stylist to a salon stylist 😉

Eight years ago, a vision was born in the dark. 🌙✨

Today, Nova Luna turns 8, and we are looking back on this journey in absolute awe. We started this dream in 2018 on pure intuition. We didn't know exactly where the path would lead, but we knew we wanted to create something different.

Through economic shifts, a worldwide shutdown, and all the chaotic energy the universe could throw at us, we didn't just survive—we thrived. We are growing our spectacular team of women who bring their own unique magic to the space every day. 🔮

My names Hannah, I’m your neighbourhood spooky stylist👻

I’m the senior stylist at Nova Luna! I joined the team 5 years ago but I’ve been in the industry for just over a decade!

My specialities consist of vivid colours, creative cutting such as shags & mullets, and barbering services!

5 Fun Facts About Me:
🪦 I’m actually in school to become a mortician! On top of being a hairstylist I also would love to prepare loved ones for the next life!
🐈‍⬛ I have two kitties! My babies are named Lyla & Luvi

☕️ I may or may not have a small addiction to caffeine! Iced coffee, iced lattes, energy drinks (specifically redbull the winter edition, iykyk)

🕯️ Over the last year I’ve gone outside my comfort zone and started modelling! Since that I’ve made it into quite a few magazines and am really proud for trying something I never expected to enjoy!

💀 I love all things spooky & scary! Horror movies, haunted places, abandon buildings and potential possessed items(mirrors, picture frames, furniture) The creepier the better!

Let's re-introduce the other half of Nova luna, Michelle! 🤍✨

Hi everyone! I’m the co-owner and Master Aesthetician here at Nova Luna alongside my beautiful daughter, Tia.
I made the leap to go back to school when I was 34, & here I am 21 years later, still completely in love with what I do!

Tia and I have been working side-by-side ever since her high school co-op days. Who would have ever thought we’d be heading into our 8th year of Nova Luna and thriving in our beautiful new location?
I am so incredibly proud of our accomplishments.

When she’s not running the spa side of the house or hand-blending our in-house coconut sugar scrubs, here is a little look into Michelle's world:

🐾 The Family: She is a proud mom to 2 amazing kids, a grandma to 1 sweet grandson (plus 2 step-grandkids!), and loves spending every spare minute with them. She’s also a dog mom to Luna, her rescued Golden Retriever!

🏎️ The Cruises: She finally bought her absolute dream vehicle! Now, she loves hitting up local car shows with Tia, and going on cruises with her friends and her partner.

✈️ The Wanderlust: She is officially caught the travel bug! She’s explored Negril, the Mayan Riviera, and the Dominican. This past February she went to Mexico, and next May, she is headed to Italy with her beautiful mama.

✨ A Big Business Update: To focus entirely on what she loves most—her elite hair removal services, Michelle has officially hired a part-time nail tech to focus more in the manicure and pedicure department!

My ultimate goal is for every single client to feel deeply welcomed at Nova Luna and truly enjoy their escape with us.

It’s been a minute since I’ve introduced myself around here, so let’s pull back the velvet curtains… 🖤

I’m Tia! 👋
I’m a Master Stylist and the proud co-owner of Nova Luna Salon & Spa alongside my incredible mom. I stepped into the hair industry when I was just 17 years old, and since I’m celebrating my 35th spin around the moon this year, that means I’ve spent over half my life behind the chair! 🤯✂️

Behind the chair, my absolute obsessions are high-impact vivid colors and bouncy, luxurious blowouts. But hair health goes deeper than the surface—which is why I am currently studying Trichology! 🎓🌱 Soon, I’ll be able to help you understand your scalp and hair health from a completely holistic perspective.

When I’m not at the shop, my world is a little bit dark, a little bit dreamy, and totally unique:

🦇 I love all things spooky (vampires are my absolute favorite, and I am completely hooked on Dracula: A Love Tale right now). As well as heavy metal

🦋 I collect vintage Victorian Gothic decor, oddities & curiosities. I find beauty in darkness

🏎️ I have a secret grease-monkey side! I wanted to be a mechanic when I was a kid. My passion for hair won the battle, but I still spend my weekends working on and driving my classic 1984 Cutlass Supreme.

🐕 I’ve been with my amazing husband for 14 years (married for 8!). We share our home with our 3 dogs (Trixie, Hades, & Ember) and our 2 jumping spiders (Ghost & Grim) 🕷️.

📚 I'm a massive dreamer with a wild imagination—you can usually find me reading anything completely out-of-this-world, the stranger the better.

My mom and I have poured our hearts into building a welcoming, magical sanctuary at Nova Luna where you can truly escape and unwind.
