Not REPAIR after summer - CARE AND PREVENTION. NOW.
Skin in summer doesn’t "break" suddenly, it slowly reacts to heat and sun, so that’s why it needs support: hydration, gentle care, and daily SPF.

SUMMER TIME IS COMING...☀️
It's time to explain the different types of SPF filters in a simple and understandable way, so let's do it.
Mineral or chemical SPF:
what’s the actual difference?
Physical (mineral) SPF usually contains:
• Zinc Oxide
• Titanium Dioxide
These filters sit on the skin and reflect/scatter UV rays.
Usually better tolerated by sensitive skin and after procedures.
Chemical SPF contains filters like:
• Avobenzone
• Octocrylene
• Uvinul A Plus
• Tinosorb S and other filters.
These filters absorb UV rays before they damage the skin.
Mineral SPF:
✅️ often more suitable for sensitive skin
✅️ can leave white cast
✅️ usually feels denser on the skin
Chemical SPF:
✅️ lightweight texture
✅️ invisible finish
✅️ works great under makeup
Hybrid SPF exists too, ofc
For now a lot of modern sunscreens combine both types of filters.
The best SPF isn’t the "trendiest" one.
It’s the one you’ll actually wear every single day ☀️
DM me and I’ll help you choose the right SPF for your skin 🤍
POV: being a medical aesthetician sometimes means repeating the same thing 17 times a day 😭❤️🩹
But I’d rather answer every question twice than let my clients feel confused about their skin, treatments, or aftercare!
Good results always start with education AND consistency. It's better to ask 10 times and remember than to ask once and forget. Feel free to ask again!

YOU DON'T NEED FILLERS 💉💉💉
You don’t have to get fillers to smooth wrinkles, and you definitely don’t need 10 viral masks from TikTok to "fix" post-acne scars.
There is another way: modern aesthetic treatments can work with your skin, not against it -
stimulating collagen, improving texture, and restoring a healthy glow naturally.
No overfilled look ❌️
No chaotic skincare ❌️
No damage to your skin barrier ❌️
Just a personalized approach, based on what your skin actually needs ✅️

Good skin isn’t random..
It’s the right treatment at the right time, and I’ll help you choose 😌
Not every treatment is meant for all year round - timing matters just as much as technique.
• Facial - all-year essential for maintenance
• Deep cleaning - best when your skin feels congested
• Microneedling - perfect in low-sun seasons
• Chemical peels - fall & winter favorites for safe renewal
• Microdermabrasion - great for gentle refresh anytime
Gently reminder: microneedling season isn’t over yet - this is your sign to start 🤍

Send this to a friend who’s still afraid to try microneedling 🫣
Microneedling myths you still believe:
“It’s very painful”
→ With numbing, it’s totally manageable - just a little discomfort, not pain.
“You’ll look scary after”
→ Just mild redness, like a sunburn. Usually gone in 1-3 days.
“Results are instant”
→ You may see a glow, but real results build over weeks.
“At-home rollers work the same”
→ They can’t match professional results and may harm the skin because they are not sterile and the needle size may be too large.
“One session is enough”
→ Microneedling is better with a course. Consistency = visible change.
“It damages your skin”
→ It actually triggers collagen and skin renewal.
“You need a week to recover”
→ Most clients are back to normal the next day.
“It’s only for acne scars”
→ It also improves texture, pores, fine lines & overall skin quality.
The truth?
It’s not about hurting your skin, it’s about stimulating it the right way, with science and care.
