Some things bother me.

Turning up late - especially without calling or messaging - cuts into your appointment time and can also affect the client after you.

Extensions don’t stick to dirty lashes! They stick to the dirt, but unfortunately, the dirt will come off, taking your extensions with it. As well as that, build up of dirt, oils and grease will impede the lash growth and can begin to cause damage over time. Cleaning your lashes should be part of your daily routine!

If you pull out or pick out your extensions your lash tech can tell!! You say you didn’t but your lashes say you did. Over time you cause permanent damage and blame your lash tech for causing it. If something is bothering your eye, message right away. We can fix it in 2 minutes with no damage at all.

Luckily, most of my clients are wonderful and these don’t apply. These are just some reminders.

Beautiful Classic x Angel set for this client. This set combined the traditional Classic technique of applying one extension to one eyelash, with the Angel technique of grabbing a small number of thinner volume lashes in a closed bundle. Angel lashes look very similar to classic, but a little more fluffy. In this set, the longer extensions are true classics and the shorter lashes between them are angel classics. Mixing short and long lashes gives a denser lash line and lighter, more natural top line.

These are some of the things that clients worry about, but trust me, they aren’t the things I worry about. Awake or asleep makes no difference to me.
You won’t be the first or the last to snore.
Theres no need to make small talk if you don’t feel like it. I’m happy to listen to music or a podcast and I can put my headphones in if you want silence.
You never need to dress up to come here - I don’t judge you by your clothes or hair style.
If you get cold, just ask for a blanket. I have lots!
If you’re flustered because your kids drove you crazy this morning, theres a good chance you’re bot alone. Mine probably did as well 😂

Classic lashes are just that. Classic, timeless beauty. In a true classic technique like this, one individual extension is attached to each natural lash. The effect is you but better. Eyelashes that enhance your eyes, not dominate your face.

Classic is a technique. Classic lashes can be wispy or straight top line. They can be cat eye, open eye, doll eye or any other shape. I would love to customise the perfect set for you!

So often, clients have an idea of what they want, but they don’t know how to explain. I’ve put together these tips to help you.

🔥Use inspirational photos from the artist you are going to. This way, the artist knows exactly what was done instead of having to guess. It helps if you know what it is that you like about the sets, then I know what to focus on for your set.

🔥Find people with the same eye shape as you. Eye shape will make a huge difference to how your set comes out! The exact same lash map can look totally different on different eye shapes. Your eye shape also dictates what lash shape will look good on you.

🔥Understand that your own lashes will affect the outcome. Lashes that are too heavy won’t last, but will cause damage over time! The denser your lashes, the fuller your set will appear. A classic set on one person can look as full as a volume set on another!

Finally, remember that everything is editable. Lashes aren’t permanent so if you want your lashes longer, shorter, fuller, more wispy… that’s great feedback to bring to your next fill.

Choose the style that suits the client!

Not all eye shapes look good with all lash styles so it’s important to know what style will be the most flattering for you. It’s also important to have an artist who not only understands which style looks best, but also how to create that style.

This morning I told my 8 year old I was going to get dressed for work. He looked confused and said “but aren’t those your work clothes?” Apparently I need more variety in my wardrobe 😂😂😂
