I’ve been playing with the universe lately…and it’s working. ✨
But I think I know why.
I’ve been showing up in the identity of the woman who receives.
Not chasing. Not forcing. Not constantly wondering when it’s going to happen.
Getting really clear on what I want, visualizing it, feeling what it would feel like to already have it…and then going out and living my life as her.
And things have been showing up.
Opportunities. Conversations. People. Little synchronicities that make me laugh and think, okay universe, I see you. 😂
And yes, I’m still me.
I still believe in action. I still do the work. I still love the data, the bloodwork, the heavy weights and the strategy.
But I’m realizing there’s another part of creating the life you want.
Being able to receive it.
Maybe we don’t always need to push harder.
Maybe sometimes the shift is becoming the woman who believes it’s already on its way.
The woman who expects good things.
The woman who knows what she wants.
The woman whose actions match that identity.
The woman who can actually receive it when it arrives.
That’s the energy I’m taking into this next chapter.
A little science. A little strategy. A lot of alignment. And yes…a little woo woo. ✨

You’re eating less, working out more… and somehow your jeans are getting tighter.
Welcome to the frustration so many women hit in midlife.
So you cut more food. Add more cardio. Try another diet. And still, your body doesn’t respond the way it used to.
This is exactly why I created The Midlife Glow Up.
You don’t need to punish your body or overhaul your entire life. You need to understand what your body needs now and make the right tweaks.
Because you can absolutely get leaner, stronger, have incredible energy and feel sexy in your body again.
Midlife is not the time to give up on yourself. It’s time to do things differently. ✨

Why are we so quick to accept feeling weaker, stiffer and less capable as we get older?
Yes, our bodies change in midlife, but that doesn’t mean we stop challenging them.
I want women to stop thinking about exercise as something we only do to lose weight or look better. And don’t get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to look good. But your body is capable of so much more than that.
Lift heavy things. Work on your balance. Keep your mobility. Try something different. Move in ways that challenge you. And have FUN with it.
You don’t have to do what I’m doing in these videos. Find things that make YOU feel strong and capable and maybe even surprise yourself with what your body can still learn to do.
Because this is what we’re really building in midlife. A body that looks good, feels good and can actually DO the things we want it to do.
We’re not training just for today.
We’re training for the life we still want to be living at 60, 70, 80 and beyond. ✨

The older I get, the more I realize how much the little things matter.
My zen space. My morning coffee. Being outside. Moving my body. Hiking in the forest. Riding a bike somewhere beautiful. Travelling. Laughing. And sometimes just sitting still and taking it all in.
These are the things that ground me and bring me back to myself.
At 54, taking care of my health is a huge priority, but I’ve also learned that health is about so much more than what we eat or how we train.
It’s about our energy. Our environment. The people we spend time with. The things that bring us joy. And making space for more of what makes us feel good.
I’m very intentional about all of it now.
Because my midlife glow up isn’t just about being leaner or stronger. It’s about feeling strong, healthy, grounded, happy and completely at home in my life.
And I think that’s the real glow up.

Do you have a fat loss goal?
Do you have any idea how many grams of protein you are eating daily? Do you know how many alcoholic drinks you have daily? Are you being honest with yourself.
Both of these numbers are important if you are wanting to lose fat.

I have so much gratitude that health has been my career for so many years, but even more for the incredible people I’ve met along the way. ❤️
BodyCo really is such an amazing family, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Chris Austin has created something pretty special. A place where people genuinely support each other, want to see each other grow and become great friends along the way.
These two are a huge part of that for me. We’ve worked together, learned from each other, laughed A LOT, and we’ve all grown and evolved so much over the last few years, both personally and professionally.
And one of my favourite things has been our brunches over the years. Sitting around a table, catching up on life, talking about what we’re doing, where we’re going next, what’s changing and usually laughing a lot along the way.
It’s pretty amazing to look back and realize how much all three of us have grown and evolved between those brunches. And even more exciting to think about where we’ll all be by the next one.
Love these two and our brunches. ❤️ So much gratitude. ✨

Change your story.
Seriously. Change the story you keep telling yourself about who you are and what’s possible for you.
I’ve always struggled with my weight. I hate working out. I’m not disciplined. My metabolism is terrible. Menopause changed everything. I’m too old to start over. This is just who I am.
The more you say these things, the more you believe them. And then without even realizing it, you start making choices that keep proving them true.
So tell yourself a different story.
I’m a woman who takes care of herself. I’m getting stronger as I get older. I make myself a priority. I can change at any age. I trust myself. I do hard things. The best years of my life are still ahead of me.
You don’t even have to completely believe it yet. Start acting like the woman who does.
At 54, I’m not trying to get back to who I was at 30 or 40. I like who I am now so much more. And I still believe there is another version of me I haven’t even met yet.
Your age isn’t your story. Menopause isn’t your story. Your past isn’t your story.
You get to decide what happens next.
Change your story. Then start living it. If you need help with this DM me GLOW.

I’m 54. And if you’re in perimenopause or menopause and you feel like absolute crap right now, please don’t accept that this is just what getting older feels like.
Maybe you’re exhausted, gaining weight around your middle, losing muscle, not sleeping well and just don’t feel like yourself anymore.
And you may be thinking, But I’m already doing all the things.
You might be. But sometimes it takes a different set of eyes to see what you can’t.
I’d say 90% of new clients who come to me tell me they’re eating enough protein. Then we actually look at what they’re eating and they’re nowhere near where they need to be.
Same with strength training. You may be lifting weights—but are you lifting heavy enough? You may be eating healthy—but are you eating enough of what your body actually needs now?
And this doesn’t mean overhauling your whole life.
Quite often, it’s tiny tweaks that make all the difference. More protein. Heavier weights. Better recovery. Paying attention to blood sugar, sleep and hormones.
At 54, I feel stronger, leaner, healthier and more confident than I did years ago. Not because I’m doing anything extreme. I’ve learned what my body needs now.
Sometimes you don’t need to try harder.
You need someone to look at the whole picture and show you what you’re missing.
If you feel like you’re doing everything right but still don’t feel like yourself, DM me GLOW. Let’s figure out why. Link is in my bio.
I’m 54 and still willing to be bad at things 😂 These toes-to-bar are definitely not perfect yet, but that’s the point. I think we should always have something in our lives that pushes us outside our comfort zone. Physically, mentally, personally, professionally… all of it. Because every time you do something that feels hard or uncomfortable and realize you can handle it, that confidence starts showing up everywhere else. You become more willing to take the risk, have the conversation, try something new, set a bigger goal and stop playing it so safe. Keep pushing yourself outside your comfort zone in all areas of your life, because what you build in one area has a funny way of benefiting all the others. Not great toes-to-bar… yet. 😉
What are you doing right now that’s pushing you outside your comfort zone?
