Monday, September 14, we’re joining Jaybird and TOULA for an intimate morning in Toronto, bringing movement, skincare and a little time to slow down together.

We’ll begin with a 9:30am BURN class at Jaybird Queen, followed by a short walk to TOULA for a guided Gua Sha experience led by Sam Miles, founder of Somerset Moss and Iana Dodson, Lead Esthetician at TOULA.

A morning to get out of your head and into your body, connect with community, and leave with a ritual to carry home.
