It’s time for the annual post, not aimed at anyone specific at all, it’s been happening a LOT in the shop.

Cancellation policies are in place because we do not get paid when you cancel last minute or no show/forget about us. The fee is less than your appointment would have cost, because we aren’t using supplies so you are not charged for those, but we did lose our time and our income.

It doesn’t matter if it’s your first appointment or if you’ve been a client for years, no one is exempt from the fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, it’s $40 and it needs to be transferred to the technician before you are rebooked. Not because we don’t trust you to pay it when you come in - but because keeping track of 10/20/50 clients and their owed fees is an actual living nightmare. Not to mention - ten people owing $40 is $400 we don’t get to pay our bills and feed our families with.

Please be kind and understanding when booking and cancelling with your service providers. We always understand when emergencies happen and make exceptions for that.
