ATTENTION: Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold your spot in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.

We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.
We give a 15 minute grace period for clients to arrive to their appointment. If you arrive any later you will lose your deposit and will have to reschedule.

No Show Policy
Life Happens! You may have forgot, had car issues, or a family emergency. These are all unfortunate for you and us... It is most important for you to try to call us or someone else on your behalf if you can not make an appointment due to last minute unforeseen issue. Sage Beauty treats "No Shows" very seriously and it will be noted on your customer profile for future appointments. These type of appointments can have a lot of impact on business and the booked Team. Please let us know so we can plan our schedule, team and other clients accordingly. Any client with a "No Show" appointment is responsible for paying for the full service. Exceptions may be reviewed case by case and subject to ownership approval.

No shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee or same day cancellations that are less than 4 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the service will be charged in order to reschedule. For Gift Certificates, 50% of the service value will be redeemed. For Packages 50% of a single service value, at its regular price, will be redeemed
