Happy New Year.....
I just want to take a moment to touch base regarding my upcoming holidays.
I began letting clients know back in October that I would be away January 6 for 2 weeks. I’ve been fully booked leading up to my time off, and the first week I return I am also booked solid until the 28th, so unfortunately I’m unable to squeeze in any additional appointments.
During this very busy holiday season, there were also some last-minute cancellations that used up time slots that may have worked for others. Once those windows passed, they couldn’t be refilled.
I also want to be very clear that I will not be taking my appointment book with me on holidays, and I will not be returning or replying to messages while I’m away. I know many of you are used to me having my book with me 24/7, but I truly need a 100% break. I’m already experiencing signs of burnout, and this time away is necessary so I can rest and return refreshed and able to continue doing what I love.

✨ Christmas & New Year’s Update ✨

I am officially fully booked for Christmas and New Year’s 🎄✨
My next available appointments will be starting January 23rd.

I did give plenty of notice about my holiday schedule so everyone had the opportunity to book accordingly. Unfortunately, if you missed out, I’m not able to squeeze in any extra appointments during this time.

I also want to gently but clearly address appointments moving forward. I completely understand that winter driving conditions and weather-related cancellations do happen, and those are always understandable. However, I’ve had quite a few last-minute cancellations, which leave appointments unused that could have gone to other clients and directly affect my income.

Because of this, starting in the new year, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee.
