Dear customers,

We recently noticed a new one-star review on Google yesterday, Sunday, for our salon. We checked carefully on our booking system, records and their profile. We could not find this customer, namely Dennis Berkam and being on behalf of his girl friend, matching our system, records or walking.
Actually, they've never been in my place. We found the same account left reviews for three different businesses with the same hour, Sunday.

For the price of every service, we officially posted its price on our website and clearly showed it to every customer at the beginning.
It is possible that a fake review was created and intentionally left a one-star review. This may be misleading to our customers and does not accurately reflect the actual service provided at our salon and it may also nagatively affect our business.

As a new small beauty local business in town, Weyburn, we do believe in building a healthy and respecful business environment while continuing to improve and provide the positive experience possible to our beloved customers with sincerity and dedication by our heart. Customer sastisfaction means everything to us.

However, we know during the service process, small mistakes may occationally happen. If any guest ever felt less than sastisfied, we would appreciate the opportunity to address their concerns and make thing right.
