Example 👇🏻 👉🏻 How does she show up to the world? 👉🏻 What is she wearing? How is she communicating? 👉🏻 What face expressions she makes? Take that piece of paper with you and read it when stress occurs. How the best self would handle a hard situation? Then keep imagining her glowing ✨ This way, you are slowly and with no effort changing your narratives you build unconsciously about yourself + staying focus and present 👌🏻 win-win!
