I often recommend sour sop tincture to my clients. It has amazing healing properties, antioxidants, helps to regulate glucose levels and regulates metabolic syndrome. It also has an anti-cancer protection and can help to put a road block in cancer cells multiplying.
On my morning stroll, I just so happened to find a ripe sour sop. It tastes amazing as a cool beverage. Just take out the seeds and harvest the pulp and whip it up in a blender with some ice and a few drops of pure vanilla extract.
