WE ARE HIRING a Salon Coordinator/Manager!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused human to join our team 4+ days per week. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, beautiful space and loves being the glue that holds it all together.

You’ll be working in a fun, supportive environment with great mountain views, smack in the middle of Whistler Village (so many lunch options just steps away 🌮🥗🍕).

This role is perfect for someone with experience in:
✨ Salon or spa reception
✨ Hospitality management
✨ Boutique retail leadership
✨ Or anyone who’s a natural at keeping things running smoothly and making people feel welcome

Daily responsibilities include:
• Coordinating stylist schedules and managing the daily flow
• Greeting clients and helping with retail selections
• Handling all inquiries (phone, email, DMs—you name it!)
• Creating content and social media updates
• Ordering supplies and managing inventory
• Keeping the salon vibes high and organized

Inquisitive, adventurous, and always up for a challenge.

She specializes in:

⚡️ Creating confidence and connection in every appointment

Born and raised in Pemberton, Sandy always knew she wanted to be a hairstylist. After graduating with honours from John Casablancas Institute, she spent time refining her craft in salons before heading to Australia for a working holiday that helped shape her perspective — and her style. Now part of the Elevation team, she brings laid-back West Coast energy and a love for transformations to everything she does.

She’s currently off galavanting the globe but will be back behind the chair and taking appointments this July — don’t miss out!

With 19+ years in the industry and a passion for learning, she’s constantly evolving her craft—from wedding styles to smoothing treatments. Charlotte’s all about helping you find your best hair, with tips you can take home and a style that’s all yours.

Tarsh is known as the Queen of Beach Hair, she is absolutely in love with everything blonde. With a creative flair, Tarsh specializes in highlights, foilage and balayage. She loves creating lived in natural looks, as well as bright blondes with seamless blends and precise dimensional techniques.
