🙋♀️ I want you to know, learning how to support your pelvic floor before it starts asking for help can make all the difference.
Prevention counts as self care too. 💛

🍑 Consider this your reminder!
If you’re constantly squeezing your glutes, holding your stomach in, or bracing through the day without realizing it, your pelvic floor may be staying “on” too.
Your pelvic floor needs to contract, but it also needs to relax and let go.
So drop your shoulders, soften your belly, unclench your bum and take a slow breath.
Relaxation is part of pelvic floor function too. 💛

👏 Progress isn’t always a dramatic before-and-after.
Sometimes it’s realizing you rushed less this week. Slept a little longer. Felt more relaxed during movement. Took fewer “just in case” bathroom trips. Or did something you’d been avoiding.
Those shifts matter. 💛
Try checking in with your patterns once a week instead of judging yourself day by day. You may be making more progress than you think.

👀 Here's some math without the homework...
If you tried to do 11,000 kegels on your own, say 1 every 5 seconds... 11,000 would still take more than 15 HOURS nonstop.
And Emsella contractions aren’t simply regular kegels done faster.
They’re supramaximal contractions, meaning they reach an intensity you can’t voluntarily reproduce on your own.
Emsella gives your pelvic floor a powerful jump-start, while coaching helps you turn that progress into something you can actually use.
Come experience it for yourself with a free demo!

🍂 September has a way of pulling us back into routines, schedules and taking care of everyone else.
This month, we’re making space for you too. 💛
Your body deserves attention before it has to shout for it. Small check-ins, small changes and a little more connection can go a long way.
Consider this your reminder: you belong on your own list.

👀📚 Caution: side effects might include trying some of those “things” you’ve been reading about in your spicy books.
Better pelvic floor connection can mean more confidence, more awareness, and yes, sometimes a little more fun in (or out of) the bedroom too.
We’ll just leave that there. 😉

🫠 Anyone else feeling called out??
Sometimes the biggest barrier isn’t the symptoms themselves... It’s the story we’ve built around them.
❓“I can live with it.” Aren't you tired?
❓ “I’ve already tried things.” Have you tried Emsella + coaching?
❓“It’s probably just my age.” Could be, could not be.
❓“I don’t want surgery.” You probably don't need it.
❓ “I’m not ready to spend the money.” We have very affordable payment plans!
Those are all valid thoughts. But they’re also worth getting curious about.
✅ You don’t need to commit to anything to learn what support could look like.
If ANY of these questions hit home, start with the Pelvic Floor Quiz or a free consultation.

‼️FYI: Pelvic health changes are not always the first thing women associate with perimenopause.
But changing hormones can influence the tissues supporting your bladder, urethra and pelvic floor.
Then add sleep changes, stress, activity levels and years of habits around bracing or holding.
It makes sense that your pelvic floor may start responding differently.
Common? Yes.
Something you simply have to accept? No.
Understanding what is changing is the first step toward knowing how to support it.
Save this if perimenopause has you wondering, “Why is my bladder suddenly different?”

🤷♀️“Strengthen your pelvic floor” sounds simple.
But muscles need more than strength.
They need coordination. Range. Recovery.
And the ability to respond differently depending on what your body is doing.
If you have been squeezing harder and harder without seeing meaningful improvement, the answer may not be more effort.
It may be better information.
Take the Pelvic Floor Quiz before adding another generic exercise to your routine.

And SOMETIMES the benefits go far beyond what you expected. 👏
We love seeing our clients get back to the workouts, routines and confidence they thought they had to give up.
