If you're managing chronic tension headaches with medication and not getting ahead of them, the source might not actually be in your head.
Tight upper trapezius muscles, restricted cervical joints, and adhesions in the soft tissue around your upper spine all refer pain upward into your head. Hours at a screen compounds all of it.
Active Release Technique combined with chiropractic care addresses both sides of this problem at once. ART breaks down soft tissue restrictions that have built up over time. Chiropractic adjustments restore cervical joint mobility. When those two things are addressed together, the headache cycle often breaks.
If this sounds familiar, it's worth finding out what's actually driving yours. Book an assessment.

The spot that hurts is often not where the problem began. Your body functions as a connected chain, and pain frequently shows up downstream from the actual source.
Shoulder pain can come from cervical nerve irritation. Hip pain often traces back to the lower back. Knee pain is regularly driven by how your feet are hitting the ground. Treating only where it hurts is why so many people get temporary relief but never lasting results.
Effective care means assessing how everything moves together. Where are restrictions hiding? What patterns has your body been compensating around? When those answers are clear, treatment becomes much more targeted and results actually hold.

An arthritis diagnosis doesn't mean your movement options are shrinking. It means your joints need smarter, more intentional care.
Structural changes in your joints are real. But so is your body's ability to adapt. Movement that's guided and progressive maintains circulation, reduces stiffness, and keeps the muscles around affected joints strong enough to share the load. Without that support, joints deteriorate faster.
Manual therapy works alongside movement to address the compensations that build up around arthritic areas. Tightened muscles, restricted adjacent joints, and altered movement patterns all contribute to pain. Treating those layers makes a meaningful difference in function and comfort.
You don't have to just manage. Book an appointment and let's work on it.

Hip tightness from sitting all day doesn't fix itself. It builds quietly until your lower back, knees, or SI joint start picking up the slack.
The 90/90 stretch is one of the most effective ways to address both internal and external hip rotation at the same time. Sit on the floor with both legs bent to 90 degrees, front and back. Stay upright, breathe into it, and hold 30 to 60 seconds per side.
It might feel like a lot at first. That's normal. Tight hips have usually been that way for months or years. Consistency over a few weeks makes a real difference in how your lower back and whole lower body feel.
Save this and try it tonight.

The idea that chiropractic care locks you into endless visits isn't how we operate. Our goal is to get you feeling better and back to your life.
Many patients feel improvement within just a few sessions. Once you're moving well, you decide what comes next. Some people choose occasional maintenance visits. Others come back only when something flares up. The decision is always yours.
We build treatment plans around your goals, not ours. Your care, your timeline, your choice.

Your sleeping position affects more than just comfort. Side sleeping with a pillow between your knees keeps your spine aligned. Back sleeping with support under your knees reduces lower back strain. Stomach sleeping? That's the toughest on your neck and spine.
If you wake up stiff or sore most mornings, how you're positioned for 6 to 8 hours every night might be part of the problem. Small adjustments to pillow height, mattress support, or limb positioning can make a genuine difference.
Need help figuring out the best setup for your body? Book an assessment and we'll work through it together.

Manual therapy isn't just for athletes. Most of the people who come through our doors are parents, desk workers, and retirees who want to move better and feel less pain in their everyday lives.
Chronic neck tension from screens? That counts. Lower back stiffness from sitting through meetings? That counts too. Shoulder pain from carrying groceries or picking up your kids? Absolutely.
If your body isn't moving the way you want it to, manual therapy is for you. It's for the person who wants to play with their grandkids without wincing, and the professional who's tired of tension headaches by 3 PM.
Share this with someone who thinks it "isn't for them."
Neck stiff after a long day at your screen? Tension builds up hour by hour until everything feels locked. These three quick releases take less than two minutes and actually help.
Do them every few hours to keep tension from stacking up.

Custom orthotics aren't only for seniors. They help people of all ages, especially those dealing with foot, knee, or hip pain from standing, walking, or being on their feet all day.
Unlike store-bought inserts, custom orthotics are designed from your unique foot structure. They address your specific biomechanics and correct alignment issues that travel up through your entire body.
If persistent lower body discomfort is limiting what you can do, orthotics might be part of the solution. Book an assessment and let's find out.

Pain doesn't always mean something is damaged. You can have significant structural findings on imaging with minimal discomfort, or intense pain with no apparent tissue injury. Understanding this changes how you approach recovery.
Chronic pain often involves a nervous system that stays on high alert long after tissues have healed. Your brain and spinal cord become sensitized, amplifying signals and interpreting normal sensations as threatening. This is a real physiological process, not something imagined.
Addressing it means calming the nervous system, retraining movement patterns, and gradually rebuilding confidence in what your body can do. It takes patience, but it works.
If your pain doesn't match what imaging shows, there's a reason. And there are effective approaches available. Tap the link in our bio to take the next step.
