There will an email at the pencil stage for review and if approved by the client it is inked and prepared for the cutting process. Window putty is then used to cement the entire thing together and it will sit for 4-7 days depending on the weather. Less in dry and more in wet obvs. Once that is dry and the puttis trimmed back there is a lengthy and arduous cleaning process to ensure that the piece is presentable for the client. We will then arrange to come to the clients location and install the piece.
