Vani's Luxury Soaps

After a long pause, I've been thinking about returning to something I truly enjoy - making handmade soap.

Soapmaking has been a creative passion of mine for over 12 years. I started sharing that passion more widely through Vanis Luxury Soaps, creating cold process soaps in small batches using nourishing oils, botanicals, and essential oils.

About three years ago I stepped away for a while as life got busy, but recently I found myself looking through my shelves and rediscovering some beautiful bars from my last batches that have been patiently curing.

Seeing them again reminded me how much I enjoy the process and creativity behind each batch.

So I'm thinking of doing a small release of these soaps in the coming days. Quantities will be limited, but I'd love to share them with you again.

Happy Friday! 💚 Here are some tips to help your Soap Last Longer:
1. Keep the soap away from water.
2. Let the soap dry in between uses.
3. Always keep your soap in an appropriate soap dish that allows for drainage.
4. Store smaller pieces in a soap-saving pouch.
5. Use a washcloth instead of your hands.
6. Take cooler showers.
7. Cut the bar of soap into smaller pieces.

Our soaps are always based with vegetable oils.. Such as coconut, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oils…and butters like cocoa, shea and mango.

Pink clay, is known for drawing out impurities, cleanses without stripping or drying out your skin. It helps reduce irritation and inflammation from skin concerns like acne, while improving skin’s tone. Perfect for dry and sensitive skin types.

Palm oil can be found in food, cosmetics, cleaning products and fuel. Displacement of indigenous peoples, deforestation and loss of biodiversity are all consequences of our palm oil consumption. When forests are cleared, endangered species like the Orangutan, Borneo elephant and Sumatran tiger are being pushed closer to extinction.’ These are more than enough reasons for us to be Palm Oil Free!!
