Hello Whitehorse! I AM ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! I am new to town and am excited to start up my practice again after some time off on Maternity Leave. I will now be working Fridays and Saturdays.

I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2021. In my last practice I found my passion for treating disorders of the jaw, and intend to pursue my clinical focus in this area. As a postpartum mom I am also passionate about women’s health and treating women pre and postnatally, however all humans are welcome!

I love connecting to the nervous system through a variety of techniques, however myofascial release and deep tissue are my go-to’s. As well as infra-oral release, I also use joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, manual lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage.

Your visit will consist of a thorough orthopedic physical assessment before we decide on a treatment plan that best meets your needs that day. I will also set you up with attainable home-care practices to help you meet your health goals.
