Remember client L? This is her back 24 hours after cupping was done. Cup kisses are 100% normal, will fade over time, and only slightly tender ( client depending). With this client she is prone to bruising, however, she felt relief from back pain almost immediately.

What IS cupping? Cupping is a suction cup, placed on the skin to draw in fascia, and underlying tissue. It is like an inverted deep tissue massage!

Traditional cupping involves fire to use the suction, while I just only use a mechanical suction pump. 🌀

Cupping can be added onto your massage, or a stand alone service. 🪬

Enjoy the fresh air and stay active this summer with our FREE Fitness in the Park series at Kiwanis Park! Join our certified fitness instructors on select Wednesdays from July 8 to August 26 for fun and energizing Functional Mobility, Circuit, and Full Body Workout classes offered in both the morning and evening. Meet at the grassy area beside the Community Fitness Park, bring your own exercise mat and water bottle, and enjoy a workout that's suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy.
This is not something I wanted to do for my business, however, it is seeming more and more important.

Cancellation policy will be as follows:
Cancelling with 24 hours notice - no charge.

Cancelling within the 24 hours of your appointment, will result in a $20 fee. This will be paid at the time of cancellation.

I am always happy to reschedule you, however, it may be a longer wait. I run this business solo, I am a mom, and with a very small ( but absolutely wonderful ) village. A lot goes into running the show.
