How to Convert Any Oil Recipe ✨
(Diffuser • Roller • Room/Linen Spray)
Ever find a recipe you love… but it’s not written for how you want to use it? Good news — you can easily adapt any blend to fit what you’re making.
Here’s a simple guide
💨 Diffuser
• Typically 4–8 total drops
• Fill diffuser with water, then add oils
• Use fewer drops for small rooms, more for larger spaces
🧴 10 mL Roller Bottle
• Typically 20–30 total drops
• Add oils first
• Fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil (or another carrier)
🌿 Room or Linen Spray (2 oz bottle)
• Typically 20–40 total drops
• Optional: add a splash of witch hazel
• Fill the rest with water
• Shake before each use
✨ Tip:
Think in ratios, not exact recipes.
If a blend is citrus-heavy or you want it lighter — use fewer drops.
If you want it stronger — add a little more.

Ocotea to reduce blood sugar and parasites!
“Ocotea is one of the favorites of our top upline Frances Fuller, because it shows to reduce inflammation, which means it helps balance: blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipids, and drives away parasites, among other benefits.
At that time, Gary was in Ecuador, already involved in building a primary school. Through live blood analysis, he found parasites in the blood of a group of children. The American Academy of Medicine defines pain as “an unpleasant sensation” AND “the emotional response to that sensation”.
You stub a toe and the nociceptors (pain receptors) send messages to the spinal cord that the pain occurred. The spinal cord then releases neurotransmitters that talk to the thalamus, which processes the info and sends messages to 3 parts of the brain:
1) Somatosensory Cortex (pain sensation)
2) Limbic system (emotional response
3) Frontal Cortex (cognitive function)
Since pain is truly a mind-body connection, aromatherapy can help , and also help relax the mind. Most people are aware that emotions can exacerbate pain.
When the mind is relaxed, the body can relax. Healing can only occur in a parasympathetic nervous system state.
A few ways to use these oils:
🌿Apply diluted on temples and neck to soothe head tension.
🌿Use steam inhalation for sinus pressure (eucalyptus).
🌿Add to a warm bath in bath gel or Castille soap with Epsom salts.
🌿Use with massage oil for targeting larger areas.
🌿Make a hot or cold compress to relieve sore muscles by adding a few drops to warm or cold water then soaking a washcloth.
