Happy Fall Y’all! I’m literally jealous of this beauty’s colour! 😍 The day’s are getting shorter and it’s usually the time we crave a change for our hair too.

Perms are back! Every few years they try to make a comeback and they never really seem to make it very far...this time I think they may be here for a while! We’re doing a ton of perms lately. On men and women! I think they’re here to stay. Loving this bendy rod perm. It’s amazing for long hair giving it a more natural beachy vibe compared to the traditional spiral perm.

When your client has hair almost to her bum and she wants it coloured black and you can’t find any decent gloves either (I was wearing gloves...hard to tell though!) 😂 R.I.P watch strap. Good thing it was an Amazon one and not a real Apple Watch strap! 😬 I feel like I almost got more colour on me than I did on her hair! 😂😂😂

Can’t seem to get enough education these days! definitely making me want those amazing 😍😍😍 I think I might be in for the shears and the texture shears. They’re pretty steep in price but they look amazing and I truly believe that our tools and our skills need to be high quality to give our clients the killer hair they want! 💇🏻‍♀️💕💇🏻‍♀️💕💇🏻‍♀️💕

So far we have heard from the Beauty Council that we may have more clear directive as to what we need to open safely this Wednesday or Thursday or Friday 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
As long as everything goes smoothly Zone 4 will be opening June 1st. We will be calling all of our clients who had an appointment during this closure to rebook your appointments next week.
In the meantime I have been taking courses on sanitization and proper procedures (that I already took in hair school...but it never hurts to refresh!)
I’m looking forward to seeing all of you! And I can’t wait until the government finally gives us directions on how that will actually happen! 🤦🏻‍♀️
