At Hairdooz by Natasha, my goal is always for every client to feel comfortable, cared for, and happy with their hair. I take time to consult thoroughly and confirm with each client before completing any service.

As per my policy, once a service has been completed and approved at the time of appointment, any changes afterward are considered a new service. In special circumstances, I may extend a goodwill discount, but I am not able to provide free corrective services once a client has left happy with their hair.

I value and respect every client and always strive to create a positive experience in my chair. 💕
