LAM PAY TAX Policy Update

As the cost of everything continues to rise, we truly understand the impact on our valued customers. At LAM, we remain committed to keeping our pricing as affordable as possible—and we will continue doing so.

Starting May 2026, there will be a small update to our LAM PAY TAX policy for members:

- We will begin collecting the 5% Federal portion (GST)
- We will continue to waive the 8% Provincial portion (PST) — this portion will still be covered by us

This change allows us to maintain our service quality while still supporting our customers as much as we can.

Our Happy Hour was created as a small thank-you — a simple way to enjoy calm, relaxed weekday mornings together.

After a few months, we feel it’s time to gently pause the program at the end of December 2025, a little earlier than planned,
so we can continue offering consistent care
and keep our team well balanced.

Please note that all Happy Hour appointments already booked in advance will still be honored as scheduled 🤍
