DM OR CALL BOOK! ❤️ Effective November 2, 2020 we will be requiring a $10 non-refundable deposit to book an appointment via e-transfer to secure your appointment! We also require a 24 hour cancelation notice in order to enable us to manage our time properly as well as provide timely service to all clients. The $10 non-refundable deposit must be transferred within 24 hours of booking an appointment. The $10 non-refundable deposit will be subtracted from the price of the service. If there is no cancelation made and the client does not arrive to the scheduled appointment we will be unable to book the client again for future services. The above $10 non-refundable deposit is currently on hold as of January 2021, if it needs to be once again instilled all clients will be informed. We must assess all clients natural nails before acrylic application, therefore we do not work over other technicians work. If you have another technicians work on currently it must be removed previous to our acrylic application. We will repair and replace any lifting/ breaking seen within 1 week of getting a set that is not related to wear and tear. After 1 week all clients must pay. ALL SETS AND SERVICES ARE FINAL SALE SO THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS! We encourage all clients to take a good look at their nails and inform the nail technician if there are any concerns or anything that needs to be changed. Please do not wait until the end of the service to voice your thoughts. We are more than open to feedback and are willing to change anything you do not like. This is a safe and friendly environment where we are passionate about our work and strive to make you happy and encourage you to voice your thoughts. Define your beauty and tell us exactly what you like or dislike! Once read and verbally consented and pricing is agreed upon we will proceed with the service. If not consented we will not proceed. Once you leave the facility with your set it is final sale and no sets will be refunded. Please ensure you’re leaving satisfied. We are putting these policies in place in order to allow the studio to run more effectively and efficiently.
