Hi Guys!

A new teen girl program called Kindred Collective is coming to the Windsor area (Walkerville) - it’s a project The Confident Teen have been working on with the intention of launching in September.

This COLLECTIVE revolves around the metaphor of the seasons (🍂❄️🌱☀️) to illustrate the natural cycles of personal growth and empowerment in teenage girls' lives. By understanding and embracing these changes, they can navigate adolescence with greater confidence, build healthier relationships, and develop a strong sense of self.

Each season we will come together twice a month to touch on six key elements: Movement, Mindfullness, Creativity, Self-Discovery, Health/Nutrition, and Relationships

By the end of the year the teens will have a heart guide full of tools and strategies to move through life’s ups and downs. All the things we don’t learn in school but wish someone would have shared with us when we were younger!
