Before & After Drainage Upgrade 💪

We excavated the area and installed 24 feet of corrugated drain pipe connected to the downspout to carry rainwater safely away from the foundation. Proper drainage helps protect your home by reducing water buildup around the foundation and preventing future water damage.

Inspection Report: During the inspection, I observed a water stain on the ceiling caused by a roof leak. The damage appears to have resulted from several shingles being blown off by a severe storm a few weeks ago, allowing rainwater to pe*****te the roof and leak into the ceiling. The damaged shingles should be replaced, and the affected ceiling area should be repaired after the roof has been properly fixed.

Roof Leak Inspection Report

I inspected the attic after a roof leak was reported and found a damaged shingle allowing water into the building, causing ceiling and drywall damage on the main floor.

The damaged shingle should be replaced and the roof properly sealed. Once the area is dry, the damaged drywall can be removed and replaced.

Before: The basement window had no concrete around it, allowing water to seep in and putting the foundation at risk.

After: We professionally installed exterior waterproofing, sealed everything properly, and poured new concrete around the basement window for lasting protection and a clean finish.
