Importance of Following Hair Care Regimen

Hair care regimen you should follow must include and involve oiling and proper hair wash. This will make your hair stronger and shinier making it less prone to fall off. More and more protein quantities will make them look great and nourished; poultry foods, pulses, beans, cheese and butter are some examples. Protein is also present in green and leafy vegetables which you should add up to your diet chart.

Hair care routine should have adequate vitamin supply too, specifically biotin. Vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K are also very essential for the health of your hair. Minerals like copper, iron, zinc, iodine and silica are necessary for hair and their containment. Your hair also needs external care as much as nutritional care. Keep your hair clean and tidy so they are free form dust and impurities. Shampooing and conditioning is important for the cause. You will have enough moisture and humidity that way.

Try avoiding any damaging or harsh procedures for your hair which will cause them to become brittle and fall. Heating, straightening and rebounding every now and then will make them lifeless and dull. Your hair is a valuable asset of your overall appearance, so it is necessary that you must take proper care of them.
