✅ Wash your feet every day with soap and water
✅ Gently clean between your toes
✅ Dry your feet thoroughly, especially between the toes
✅ Apply a moisturizing cream or lotion to keep skin soft and prevent dryness

⚠️ Avoid applying cream or lotion between your toes. Excess moisture can become trapped, creating an environment where fungal infections and fungal toenails may develop.
