It's been awhile since I've posted on here! But I just wanted to share some exciting news! Today I had the privilege of finishing off Part 2 and the final course to being fully certified in Deep Tissue 🎉🎉🎉

Good news!!! Our parking lot is finished 🥳🥳🥳🥳

This week and possibly next, our parking lot is getting re-done.

We ask that you please park on the south side of the building in the gravel parking area.

***Ignore the unauthorized parking and towing enforced signs in the gravel parking area, for the duration of this process***

Now Certified in TMJ treatments!!!

I am so excited to be able to offer this to our community. I know many people struggle with jaw pain, clenching, migraines, and other concerns related to this.

Exciting news!!! This past weekend I got certified in Lower Body Deep Tissue Massage and had the pleasure of learning from two amazing and well respected therapists. They work everyday with the Blue Bombers and are very educated in this field.

Many people do not know the difference between Deep Pressure Massage & Deep Tissue Massage. These two are VERY different from one another. If you would like to know more information on whether this may help you or would like to book an appointment please PM me or text me @ 204-307-1441.
