I wanted to share with you my Microneedling before and after.

Last fall I went away and I enjoyed the sun 🌞 Yes. I will always wear my SPF from and majority of times a hat if in direct sunlight.
But this trip was a bit different, I really just wanted to enjoy and not be afraid of the sun. (Because last time I literally was and made people crazy) 🤪

So I did. But after looking at these photos. That Sun ☀️ took a definite toll on my face! With SPF and Hats.
But on the trip I was just thinking 💭 you can microneedle your skin silly. So I knew coming home I would have to take action because I do have melasma which is a constant battle. (If you know…you know)

The Before photo was before my Microneedling and the After was, well the After.😍

Using the Dermapen4 and using different depths while Microneedling to achieve the highest result this was after just 1 treatment.

And sometimes it’s hard to see if there is a change in our skin. But the proof is in the pudding.

2. Apply your spf to your neck in upward motions.

3. Apply the excess/left over spf of your sunscreen on your hands after you’ve applied it to your face, neck and décolletage.

So, I just want to be honest with you all. You know how much I love what I do, seeing your faces, treating your skin it’s really what brings so much joy to my life.
But for the past 10 months I’ve been dealing with some new health issues.

In summer I got so insecure because I literally went MIA on my business because I really had to focus on my health but I didn’t tell anybody except close family and friends, so when I came back my insecurities set in and I thought oh my gosh everyone’s going to think I took the summer off or I don’t care about my business, but in reality it’s my pride and joy.

I asked a few close people but they said just leave it. You don’t need to tell them. But I just want to be open and honest with you all. I really need to put my health first right now, so when I do go MIA for a few days it’s literally just because I am at the hospital or at home resting.

I will be having a surgery soon which will hopefully help, but if anyone is dealing with new things happening to their body that never occurred before like multiple cysts in an o***y and fibroids I am definitely here for you, I know how awful and painful it is, but also how mentally draining it can be on your life. It literally sucks, but just staying positive and hoping to find a solution in the near future where I’m not in this kind of pain monthly is the goal.

So I just wanted to share something personal. I usually am not a very open person on my personal life when it comes to social media. But I think I felt it was time to share.

P.S. I don’t think I was allowed to take that photo yesterday of my ultrasound when she left the room,,,but I did. I wanted the internal one but she locked it after so I couldn’t snap a pic. But if you are a doctor and can tell me something you see before my call on Monday lol just kidding.
