I’m always happy to install client-provided hair, but I can only guarantee the quality, longevity and overall results of the extensions I personally source. Every brand, hair quality, and manufacturer is different and unfortunately not all extension hair performs the same over time.

This client came to me for maintenance after two months with an install I didn’t do.
The amount of shedding you see here isn’t normal and it’s something to pay attention to.

Excessive shed like this usually points to tension, improper bead size or an install that wasn’t suited to the hair.

We removed everything safely, treated her natural hair, low-lighted her genius wefts for a softer low-maintenance blend and reinstalled with proper bead size and clean sectioning.

The goal is longevity, comfort and healthy hair. Not just pretty hair on day one.
