If you don't use it. You Lose It π«ͺ
The Plantar Fascia is a thick band of connective tissue that runs from the heels to the toes on the bottom of the foot.
It assists with arch support, shock absorption, and efficient movement as we walk, hop, and jump!
When we don't use our body for what its meant for then it goes into state of protection when we DO use it.
Its a SLOW and LOW transition to get there! π’
