I was on CTV Your Morning Winnipeg today with my lovely coworker (and model!) Kaitlyn — and we had so much fun!

This year I have faced many situations that challenged me to grow, learn and be healthier in all areas. I've grown as a stylist, as a friend, a mother, and other areas within my life.
With my growth, I've learned to accept and move forward in times of fear, worry and pause when I feel stuck.
And then comes a healthier person overall, whether that be communicating (though that is still a struggle) and setting boundaries, eating healthier and moving daily, or just simply allowing myself to relax and rest.
I'm ready for more growth, more learning and a more healthy lifestyle with my family and friends. ❤️

For 2025 I look forward to all that I will accomplish and setting goals and achieving them.
