Structural Integration (10 Series)
Structural Integration is a series of 10 sessions. Structural Integration is a safe and effective method of connective tissue manipulation and movement education. It can provide relief from impaired mobility and/or chronic pain due to injuries, repetitive strain, childbirth, car accidents and everyday stress. Structural alignment is achieved through skillful lengthening of the body's fascial web, which holds our bones, muscles and internal organs, giving the body its unique contours and posture.
